I has a bad experience with a representative on the phone.she basically hung up on me cause I was asking her why it takes an hour to keep me on hold while she finds out my information..I MADE My PREMIUM PAYMENT And It Wasn't POSTING And That PUT A Hold On My MEDICINE FROM Express scripts.i needed my medicine.i never had such a nasty person ..you guys should record your phone calls
